“Alfa Romeo Launches Classiche Department to Preserve Classic Cars”

Alfa Romeo has a rich history of producing beloved classic cars, from the iconic Spider to the award-winning 8C 2900B and 33 Stradale. In an effort to keep these classic cars on the road, Alfa Romeo has launched a new heritage department called Alfa Romeo Classiche. This new department, which is part of the wider Stellantis Heritage Department, will offer certification services, repairs, and full restorations for classic Alfa Romeo models.

One of the services offered by Alfa Romeo Classiche is a Certificate of Authenticity, which verifies the authenticity of the car and its components. This service can be done in Turin or at the owner’s home. Another service is the Certificate of Origin, which certifies the car’s year of production and original factory specification, including engine serial number, model specifications, and original exterior and interior details.

In addition to certification, Alfa Romeo Classiche also offers repair and restoration services. These services can range from repairing individual parts to complete tear-down restorations, all handled in Turin.

Alfa Romeo will soon add a new section to its official website to allow classic car owners to connect with Alfa Romeo Classiche. The right certificate can substantially affect a car’s value, and many automakers have capitalized on the trend of classic car ownership by offering certification and restoration programs.
