This vibrant green Daytona sold for $418,000 at Mecum Auctions’ Dallas 2022. Yes, it’s not as expensive as the $1.32 million record holder, but keep in mind that it lacks dynamics. HEMI muscle. This “winged warrior” is powered by a 440 cubic inch (7.2 liter) RB V8 engine and $400,000 is a lot of money for a non-HEMI Daytona.
This Daytona is a single owner car with the same number plate. I’m referring to the body panels, engine and transmission. The most expensive vehicle at the event was a 2006 Ford GT Heritage Edition with only 420 miles (676 km) on the clock. The supercar cost $704,000.
